So I needed a pool filler,So I went to Leslie Against my own judgment. I didn’t want to wait for Amazon and I was open to paying more.Again the worst experience I have ever had.Pool filler leaked and it was a hassle taking back. I bought a jacuzzi pool pump from Leslie and they wouldn’t honor there warranty.So I got online and I found Aqua pool supplies. I went in and found a young man named Jose that knew his stuff and what he didn’t know,He said he didn’t know.Which I appreciated. I told him my bad experience with Leslie and told him what I needed . I went back and the pool filler was easy to install and no leaks. So I went back and bought a new pentair pool pump and filter.This is what happens when When you get good customer service.You go back and Spend real money.Pool pump and filter about $3000 ..So This is a real customer and my experience with Leslie is real.If you’re looking for great customer service and value and don’t want a snotty little kid to upsell you on everything you don’t need.Go here aqua pool supplies and see Jose.

I recently visited Aqua Pool Supply while in Las Vegas when I was nearby to pick up someone from the airport. I looked online to find a nearby reliable pool supply store. After researching options on Google Maps, I decided to try Aqua Pool Supply, which was conveniently located less than three miles from the airport. I was specifically looking for a local store, rather than a national chain, to avoid inflated prices. The store is located in an industrial area rather than a typical retail shopping district, so initially, I was unsure if I was in the right place. However, I’m glad I continued and found the store—it was well worth the visit. I needed parts for a Pentair MasterTemp pool heater that was malfunctioning. The heater would heat the water to approximately 95°F before shutting off briefly, then restarting without displaying any error codes, though the service light would activate when it turned off and then go out when it restarted. Upon entering the store, I was promptly greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable sales associate. Although he wasn't immediately familiar with the exact issue, he quickly identified the right person to assist. They contacted Pentair support, who diagnosed the problem and provided instructions on how to resolve it. I was able to purchase the necessary part at an excellent price—half the cost of the lowest online price, and significantly more affordable than the national chain options. Before completing my purchase, the associate took the time to demonstrate how to replace the part using a floor model of the same heater. While online tutorials are helpful, being able to physically interact with the model and receive guidance from an expert made the experience invaluable. I was able to replace the faulty part in my heater in under 10 minutes, and the system is now functioning perfectly, heating the hot tub to 102°F. The level of service I received at Aqua Pool Supply is exceptional and rare to find nowadays. I will definitely return in the future, both for their expertise and for their competitive pricing, which far outshines both online retailers and national chains. I received a advertisment via mail about a special sale on a 50 pound bucket of E-Z Chlor 3 Inch 8 oz. Big Tabs Unwrapped. Normal price was $189.99 BUT they had a special sale at $139.99 a savings of $50. Aqua Pool Supply is located off of Valley View Avenue S. just after the RR track crossing that street to the south of Russell Rd. After you cross the RR Tracks going south on Valley View the warehouse park they are in is on the left (East) side of the road and turn into the 2nd road running East between those warehouses and they are will be on the left in the 2nd building with name on door. Their on line site gave Saturday opening time as 8:00 am but they arrived at 6:20 am and waved us in shortly after that and began waiting on the several of us there early. The store was extremely clean and the staff all were helpful and joking. They have a small display room in the front and a large warehouse in the rear. The lady waiting on me told me usually if a customer calls in the am they will have the item in the afternoon for them to pickup and they carry a full line up of pool chemicals, equipment, and tools/devices that make it easier to take care of our pools. The atmosphere of the business, and the cheerful "May I help you" attitude exuded by the staff was very impressive on all of us there to purchase this morning. I will be returning because of it. DBW#86 Las Vegas, NV I need to add that Stephenie was the charming young lady who helped me with my purchase. THEN she snatched up the 50 lb bucket as if it was nothing and carried it out and placed it in my trunk. At 84 yrs of age that was very much appreciated and saved me having to ask someone to carry it out for me. She is an exemplary employee of Aqua Pool Supply and sets a cheerful greeting to all who enter your business.

I know very little about pools and pool equipment. After I Googled several items I contacted AQUA Pool Mesa and spoke to Zach who took the time to explain the workings and assisted in my ordering the necessary part. I drove to the Mesa warehouse where Zach retrieved the part and carried it my vehicle since I had recent surgery. He also assisted me in ordering additional items.
